“I was so excited to get the new DVD. There are quite a few different sections, even consisting of a Garden Tour of her backyard and another segment featuring a different yoga instructor. There are new positions, as well as the old standards. I have been taking yoga with Elin for about 15 years, approximately five years in person and then after her move to Florida with her DVD’s. I have tried quite a few different yoga teachers and have always been let down. Not too many are as knowledgeable as Elin. So, since I can’t have her in person, I am so happy to have her new DVD. “
